Gail and staff would like to make your wedding day a very special and memorable one by offering The 'Port' as your chosen venue.
We can cater for small sit-down wedding receptions - maximum 50 guests, or garden receptions for up to 100 guests with a menu designed to suit your
special day.
The venue and garden areas are fully licensed, and outdoor/garden seating can be arranged, if required.

Booking Fee -
A fee is to be paid when the booking is made, and this amount will be deducted from your final account.
Cancellation fee -
- full refund within 4 months or more
- half refund within 2 months and up to 4 months
- nil refund under 2 months of booking date
Venue Hire: Ceremony and Reception or Reception only.
A venue hire fee (non refundable) will be charged to your final account.
Items included with this package:
- full use of venue (restaurant and garden) during the ceremony
- full use of venue before and during the reception
- set-up of venue as required by bride and groom
- restaurant tables and chairs, white tablecloths, napkins, cutlery, glassware, crockery (any other requirements can be arranged at an extra cost)
Venue Hire: Ceremony only - Use of the venue for the marriage ceremony only.
A set-up fee will be charged to your final account
This price includes:
- set-up of venue as required by bride and groom
- use of restaurant tables and chairs and tablecloths (any other requirements can be arranged at an extra cost)
Venue Hire - Photographs only
Photography sessions for your wedding can be booked by prior arrangement.
This booking includes a complimentary glass of house wine, light/mid beer or juice for the bridal group only
- Outside/garden area - 1 hour maximum
- Outside/garden area and inside venue - 1 hour maximum
The "Retreat" includes:
- Beautiful bedroom with ensuite (towels supplied) for use by the bride and her attendants on wedding day.
- Champagne lunch and light refreshments during your "retreat".
- Hairdressing and Make-Up available (advanced booking required).
- Have your photographer record the "getting ready" fun on your wedding day.
