The Port Residence Function Centre

The Function Centre at The Port Residence is available for weddings, birthday and anniversary parties, graduations and a wide variety of other special occasions.

Venue hire can be for part or all of the venue area.

Venue Hire Prices

Upstairs Only: $150
(Tea and coffee station supplied)

Downstairs and Lawn Only: $500

Entire Venue for your exclusive use: $750

Please note: Prices do not include decorations for your event.

Please discuss seating and venue requirements for your event as extra charges may be incurred for hire fees.

Deposits and Confirmations

The venue hire fee, as scheduled above, will be the non-refundable deposit required on booking to confirm your function.

Final menu choices will need to be submitted 3 - 4 weeks ahead of function.

Final numbers of guests are required 2 weeks ahead of function. Also, at this time, 50% of total cost will need to be paid.

Balance of functions costs will be required on the day of your function or the Friday before if it is held on a weekend or public holiday.
